About the presenter

Ryan Lockard is the president and head trainer of Specialty Athletic Training. He grew up being active and was a three-sport athlete in high school. He went on to play football at Lewis & Clark College. After graduating, he turned his passion for football into a career and played professionally overseas for three years.

Lockard has worked with children with special needs since 2007 and has more than 10,000 hours of one-to-one instruction. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified fitness nutrition specialist, volunteer assistant strength and conditioning coach at Lewis & Clark College and immediate past president of the Autism Society of Oregon.
